No Refunds for Services Rendered

Because our services involve time, expertise, consultation, creative development, and digital deliverables, all completed or initiated services are considered final.

Once a service has:

• Been initiated
• Partially completed
• Fully completed
• Delivered in any form
• Approved by the client

the purchase becomes non-refundable.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Book publishing services
• Editing services
• Formatting services
• Book cover design
• Ghostwriting services
• Marketing services
• Author consultation
• Publishing assistance
• Digital content preparation
• Custom publishing packages

Deposits & Booking Fees

Any deposits, retainers, or booking fees are non-refundable.

Deposits secure project scheduling, resource allocation, and administrative preparation associated with your service engagement.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients requesting changes to scheduled consultations or service appointments should notify us as early as possible.

Cancellation Guidelines

• Cancellation or reschedule requests should be submitted at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled services may be subject to applicable cancellation charges.
• Missed appointments or “no-shows” are not eligible for refunds or complimentary rescheduling.

We understand circumstances may arise and will review exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

Service Satisfaction

Client satisfaction is important to us.

If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 3 business days of service completion.

While refunds are generally not provided for completed services, we may, where appropriate and at our sole discretion:

Digital Deliverables

Digital products, downloadable materials, publishing files, manuscripts, artwork, formatting files, cover assets, or any electronically delivered materials are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

Chargeback Policy

We encourage clients to contact us directly regarding billing concerns before initiating payment disputes.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

• Suspension of active services
• Removal of project access
• Account restrictions
• Collection procedures where legally permitted

Policy Exceptions
